Born out of years of struggle, resilience, and unwavering hope, the Help To Care Centre is a community-driven initiative in Vrygrond, Cape Town. Rather than waiting for external aid, we have chosen to empower ourselves by taking action.
Through local feeding programs, clothing distributions, skills development, and essential social services, we uplift hundreds of families every week across Capricorn, Vrygrond, Seawinds, Lavender Hill, and Overcome Heights.
